Shipping policies

1. Order Processing Time:

   • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. All your orders will be delivered within 15-20 business days

2. Shipping Partners & Delivery Time:

   • We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.
   • Estimated delivery time:
     
     • Metro Cities: 10-15 business days
     • Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 15-20 business days

3. Shipping Charges:

   • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
   • Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain value (if applicable).

4. Tracking Information:

   • Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

5. Undelivered Packages:

   • If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the package will be returned to us. Reshipping charges will apply.
